The property was built in the town of Monzuno (BO) in the relevance of the existing building on the lot, with the aim to build a detached building consists of two floors including a basement and a ground floor, broken down as follows :
– on the ground floor housing comprising a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, a hallway, utility room, two terraces, a porch and a staircase to the direct communication with the underlying floor and a mezzanine overlooking the area stay;
– in the basement utility rooms such as the garage, basement, shed and laundry.
The building has been designed with the following structures and types of finishes:
– foundations, wall to floor walls, columns, beams and slabs in reinforced concrete;
– load-bearing walls in brick perimeter heat;
– horizontal floors and decking part of the ceiling in brick;
– roofing with the primary and secondary structure of wood;
– roofing tiles of cement type “Coppo of France”;
– sheet metal sheet copper;
– facades with parts sung and painted, and shares stone “facing”;
– wooden window frames and glazing;
– paving of walkways, driveways, sidewalks, etc. … with betonella;
– terraces and porch railings of iron and wood.
