CONSTRUCTION OF A RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX CONSISTS OF 14 HOUSING
The project involves the construction of a residential complex spread over three floors, one of which is buried in a single body comprising areas of common access to garages and cellars, and a ground floor and first floor of three separate buildings comprising 14 apartments.
Although a single building, the design took into account the type existing in the area, where there are several single-detached single-family type villas or duplexes and three-family buildings, with a maximum of two storeys above ground plus basement garages and / or underground.
Planning rules, the extent and configuration of the lot would have allowed the construction of two buildings comprising more dwellings and garages up to saturation indexes. It was considered more appropriate to give up part dell’edificabilità and realize two buildings above ground of small size which also gave a clear perception of two separate lots.
Building types are slightly different in that the former is clearly building type townhouses in a single block consisting of three buildings containing six rooms, while the second is terraced house on two buildings joined by a pergola and common access comprising four accommodation for every body.
