RENOVATION AND EXPANSION OF A HOUSE
The area for which the intervention is located in the town of Monzuno (BO), which insisted on the different property as a principal residence for one, one-to-one as a garage and woodshed.
The project included a series of measures such as:
– the demolition of the two buildings accessories;
– the renovation of the main interventions aimed at improving energy efficiency class “A”;
– the construction of a new building accessory and an arcade.
The new buildings have been built with the following types of structures and exterior trim:
– foundations, walls, counter-earth, columns, beams and slabs in reinforced concrete;
– bearing walls with brick perimeter in the thermal (internal) and externally with stone masonry exposed;
– horizontal floors decking, ceiling and roof of masonry;
– roofing tiles of cement type “Coppo of France”;
– sheet metal sheet copper;
– wooden window frames and glazing;
– paving of walkways, driveways, sidewalks, etc. … with sandstone slabs “opus incertum”.
