RENOVATION AND EXPANSION OF A CIVIL COUNTRY PROPERTY
The building of the old building is located in the center of Monzuno (BO) and currently consists of three accommodations small size divided internally in a dated and inadequate to the new needs of the customer.
The study design included a comprehensive restructuring of the building with expansion to create three independent apartments, of adequate size and space and the construction of a garage does not currently exist.
The project therefore includes, in addition to maintenance and renovation of a portion of the existing building, the construction of an expansion that, given the configuration of the lot and the trend plani-elevation of the land, spread over several floors.
